In 2020, I purchased my first Dash mini waffle maker from Target. I remember the first time I saw it on the shelf. Something inside told me I had to have it, even if I knew I did not need it. Especially when it comes to Target, I sometimes buy items spur of the moment.
But even so, I can 100% say that getting my waffle maker was the right decision. So, for this post, I figured I’d share why I love this kitchen gadget. Along with a short vlog I created. Showing how I make waffles using it -so that said, continue to read along to see more!

3 Reasons I Love My Mini Waffle Maker
1. Perfect Mini Waffle Size
Whenever I go out to eat and order waffles, especially the Belgian ones, the size is too big for me. So with the maker, I can cook 4-inch waffles.

A good personal size that is easier for me to eat. Also, its compact size and weighing just over 1 pound make it portable for travel.
2. Easy cleanup
When cleaning dishes or kitchen appliances, I like to keep things simple. And quick, and so one of the things I enjoy most is the non-stick surfaces. Of the maker because it makes cleaning a breeze.
So if you enjoy an easy cleanup, I highly recommend you check out this gadget.
Using the maker at home
Below is a video I filmed of myself using the waffle maker.
Ingredients: 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1⁄4 tsp salt, One large egg, 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
3. User-friendly
It has a built-in indicator that notifies you when the maker is ready. It only takes a few minutes. So if you are not tech-savvy or good with appliances, you will love how user-friendly this is.
In Conclusion
Over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed using this maker. So if you live in a college dorm or have a small kitchen space, try this product. I promise you will not regret it.
So, if you enjoyed this post, leave a comment. And until next time, folks, have a great day and happy cooking.
