If you find it too hard to remember where your money is going, make a spreadsheet of your monthly bills and expenses.
Include how much your monthly salary is from your job. From there, figure out how much money is going to your bills and other necessities.
Once everything is calculated, you’ll better understand what you have left, which will help you budget more effectively.
2. Avoid Or Limit How Often You Dine Out
Even though ordering out is convenient, it can become expensive if you do it frequently. So, I recommend finding easy recipes you can make, especially if you have little time.
Try one-pot dishes for dinner. Or get creative with salad, smoothies, or use an air fryer to make fried foods without the extra grease.
